Berlinale 2021. Data la pandemia in corso, quest’anno si è trattato di un evento ibrido che includeva l’European Film Market e i film in concorso resi disponibili solo agli addetti ai lavori e alla giuria internazionale dall’1 al 5 marzo.
Ci sarà un festival per il pubblico
Berlino intende organizzare un festival dedicato al pubblico a giugno, quando i film saranno proiettati sul grande schermo. Inoltre, sempre in quell’occasione, è prevista una cerimonia di premiazione fisica in modo che i vincitori di oggi possano essere premiati di persona.
La giuria
La giuria internazionale era composta da sei passati vincitori dell’Orso d’Oro. Si tratta di: Mohammad Rasoulof (Iran), Nadav Lapid (Israele), Adina Pintilie (Romania), Ildikó Enyedi (Ungheria), Gianfranco Rosi (Italia) e Jasmila Žbanić.
Miglior interpretazione
Il premio per la migliore interpretazione è quest’anno unico, senza divisioni di genere, mentre l’Orso d’oro è andato al film Bad Luck Banging Or Loony Porn di Radu Jude.
