Robyn ritorna con il nuovo singolo “Missing U”

La canzone è il primo singolo ufficiale di Robyn dal 2010 quando ha pubblicato  “Body Talk” nominata ai Grammy.

La  cantautrice svedese, ampiamente acclamata, Robyn torna con una nuova canzone “Missing U “, il suo primo singolo ufficiale in otto anni.

Dopo aver avviato e assaporato il successo su una nicchia pop-R & B alla fine degli anni ’90, Robyn si è progressivamente trasformata nella diva della dancefloor. Il suo ambizioso progetto di “Body Talk” , diviso in tre parti e pubblicato nel 2010, ha dato vita a diventare canzoni popolari come “Call Your Girlfriend” , “Indistruttibile“ e, naturalmente, “Dancing On My Own“, oggi considerato come uno dei suoi migliori brani.

Che i fan si rassicurino, le loro preghiere saranno presto esaudite! Robyn ha lavorato per mesi in studio per perfezionare il suo nuovo album , che lei ha promesso uscirà quest’anno. Dopo tanti anni di assenza, l’artista svedese sa che il suo ritorno è fortemente atteso … ” Con questo album, mi sono resa conto che più una canzone diventava dinamica e colorata e più mi piaceva. Per me, significava essere tagliati per un momento per essere particolarmente attenta alle mie impressioni e sensibile ai miei bisogni “, ha spiegato lo scorso maggio alla Red Bull Music Festival.

Il suo grande ritorno è con “Missing U” che firma esce questa settimana, una canzone co-prodotta da Klas Ahlund (Kylie Minogue, Mika) e Joe Mount, e  parla della mancanza di una persona amata … o, in un’altra lettura, del suo pubblico. ” Non ho pubblicato un disco in 8 anni. Quindi è passato molto tempo da quando ho visto i miei fan. Ho sentito il bisogno di esplorare per capire cosa volevo scrivere di nuovo. Per imparare nuove cose da sola ” . Con la sua melodia punteggiata di sintetizzatori e il suo scintillio di malinconia, “Missing U” richiama inevitabilmente i suoi vecchi successi anche se non c’è nessun coro esplosivo che ti rimane in testa.
