“COLLAPSE” È IL NUOVO EP DEGLI IN JUNE

Il nuovo EP degli In June è “Collapse”

A tre anni di distanza dalla loro ultima release, venerdì 22 marzo 2024 gli IN JUNE hanno rilasciato un nuovo EP di tre brani, COLLAPSE.
Autoprodotto con l’aiuto di MARCO BASILE, COLLAPSE è un susseguirsi di emozioni forti e autentiche. A partire dal singolo, già pubblicato il 2 febbraio, “WORK IN PROGRESS” passando dall’energica “LOOK” per finire con l’intensa e struggente “POINTY ENDS”.

Quali sono i temi di “Collapse” degli In June?

I temi trattati nell’EP sono proprio una metafora del “collasso” sia interno e personale, che del mondo che ci circonda. Accompagnati da tre lyric video girati da CHIARA CECCAIONI, le immagini vogliono sottolineare lo stato di caos e confusione che deriva dalla percezione di un imminente catastrofe.

Il sound degli IN JUNE con questo EP diventa più crudo, viscerale e travolgente.

Biografia

Gli IN JUNE sono DANIELA ‘DAN’ MARITI (voce e chitarra), MARA GRAZIANO (batteria) e PIERPAOLO IULIANELLO (basso).

Si formano nel giugno del 2018 a Roma, dove iniziano a lavorare su brani originali mentre affinano le proprie capacità live sui palchi migliori della capitale e non. Nel 2020 pubblicano i primi tre singoli “YEARS”, “AFTER MIDNIGHT” e “HOME” accompagnati da tre video pubblicati su Vevo.

I tre singoli vengono poi seguiti dal loro EP di esordio “COMMON GROUNDS” uscito nell’ottobre del 2021. Tra esperienze live nazionali e internazionali, come SOFAR SOUNDS a Madrid e la rassegna Retape di Ernesto Assante all’Auditorium Parco della Musica a Roma, riconoscimenti ed esperienze formanti, gli IN JUNE sono tornati in studio nel 2023 per rilasciare il singolo “COLLAPSE” il 22 marzo 2024.
