Durante l’evento, si esibiranno: Christina Aguilera e A Great Big World, sulle note del nuovo duetto “Fall On Me” che uscirà venerdì; Selena Gomez, che canterà i recenti singoli “Lose You To Love Me” e “Look at Her Now”, Kesha e Big Freedia che canteranno il loro duetto “Raising Hell”; Billie Eilish che canterà il suo recente brano “Everything I Wanted”; Dua Lipa canterà invece la hit mondiale “Don’t Start Now”; Post Malone, Travis Scott ed Ozzy Osbourne si esibiranno invece con la loro collaborazione “Take What You Want”.
Per altri artisti, invece, si sa che calcheranno quel palco ma non ancora cosa canteranno: Taylor Swift, premiata come artista del decennio, canterà un medley dei suoi maggiori successi; sono del tutto incognite i brani che saranno invece cantanti (rispettivamente) da Lizzo, The Jonas Brothers, Camila Cabello, Thomas Rhett, Green Day e Shania Twain: per tutti è probabile si tratterà di recenti successi, ma per Green Day e Shania non è da escludersi qualche premio alla carriera con annesse performance di vecchie hit.
